Promo Social created a pop-up lounge experience for DoorDash at Food Bowl LA where attendees could chill and enjoy food from the best chefs and restaurants featured at the festival without having to wait in long lines. Attendees placed their orders in the lounge with our ambassadors via the DoorDash app. Featured restaurant’s booths were set up with a special service station, where the ambassadors would pick up the food and drinks and deliver them right to the attendees’ tables. We had hundreds of Food Bowl attendees frequent the Door Dash over the course of the festival, as well as celebrity influencers pushing out video content with extensive press coverage. All guests also received free Mochi ice cream at the lounge and we had a photographer with iPad social photo sharing kit engaging and taking branded photos of all attendees in front of a branded DoorDash green floral hedge Step and Repeat that generated thousands of social impressions for the brand.
