Promo Social and our agency partner, HMT activated the fun and exciting Trident #WeGotFlavor Wall event in the Flatiron District in NYC. Trident’s flavor event celebrated 17 different flavors on their gum wall. With nearly 200K mentions of #gumwall on Instagram, Trident took a deeper look into these infamous tourist attractions and created the We Got Flavor Gum Wall! This colorful, custom gum wall was placed in New York City’s Flatiron Plaza, a highly-trafficked NYC location. Opposite of other gum walls, the Trident We Got Flavor Gum Wall will be a gum wall in reverse – instead of putting gum on the wall, guests took gum off! Our staff encouraged consumers to pull a Trident sample from our gum wall and share their experience on social media. The activation generated thousands of engagements, driving trial and awareness of the new flavors with new and loyal Trident lovers, as well as an abundance of social photo sharing moments for all consumers that participated that helped to extend the brands footprint and Instagram audience exponentially.
